We have extensive experience working with both domestic and international meetings including but not limited to the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and off-shore locations such as Bermuda, Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia. provide assistance with hotel site searches and contract negotiations at NO CHARGE to your
company. Our MissionTHE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT... Above and Beyond®, Inc. is not on retainer with any hotels. We only contact the best potential sites instead of just those we are obligated to "produce" for. "Our loyalty is to our clients and our priority is their satisfaction." Our hotel site research services are cost free. We provide detailed availability reports about hotels in your chosen locations that best suit your event. Additionally, since we represent volume business to hotels, our inquiries are welcome and hotels respond quickly with great values, not only in rates, but also in the form of value-added extras. Above and Beyond®, Inc. is considered a national account by chain hotel national sales offices, and we will happily work with designated national sales office contacts. Our compensation is in the form of commission, which does not increase your function cost or sleeping room rates.
