Above and Beyond, Inc. is not on retainer with any hotels. We do not name “Preferred Partners” and therefore remain objective as to which properties best match our client’s needs. We only contact the best potential sites and are not contractually committed to any hotels.
Our hotel site research services are COST FREE to you.
We represent volume business to hotels, our inquiries are welcome and hotels respond quickly.
Our compensation is in the form of guest room commission, which does not increase your function cost or guest room rates. Commission is accounted for in each hotel's financial statement as a cost of doing business.
We have developed quality relationships with hotels and national sales offices throughout the country and we are able to use these relationships to help negotiate a better rate and more “value-added extras" for you.
Ruth Evans - President, founded Above and Beyond, Inc. in May 1993 after spending 10 years in hotel sales. Ruth held positions from Sales Manager to Director of Sales and Marketing and has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. Ruth joined MPI in 1987, and PCMA in 2001.
